3.接受自己的小麻煩。（了解他、適應他、接受他）
閱讀障礙的孩子在外表上和一般的孩子一樣，但是社會大眾大都誤會他們不努力、不聽話。於是，很容易讓閱讀障礙的孩子誤會自己很笨。當遇到問題的時候，應該要先試著去瞭解問題的真相，接著去找到方法解決或轉換它，最後再接受他。與問題和平相處，再來想想未來該如何發展，才是替自己找出未來方向的最好方法。
4.書中列出許多知名人士都有「閱讀障礙」，間接增添孩童的自信。
知道閱讀障礙者的特別之後，再增加幾位偉人的例子，增添有閱讀障礙的孩子信心。像是華特‧迪士尼、愛迪生、莫札特、巴哈、貝多芬、達文西和畢卡索。藉由這本書，舉出這些鼎鼎有名的偉人，讓大家知道，閱讀障礙者並不笨，其實很聰明呢！
5.具有教育意義。
故事以「該怎麼辦？」為主軸，用一問多答的方式，與讀者互動。告訴大家要愛惜自己。像故事中的小男孩突然長了鹿角，但他勇敢接受自己與別人的不同之處，雖然鹿角長得很奇怪，可是他想到很多意想不到的作用，讓自己很受歡迎。另外，作者也提醒我們，除了要接受自己之外，也要用和善、包容的心去接受跟我們不一樣的人。
6.適合親子共讀。
本書直接帶入主題「該怎麼辦？如果半夜醒來，發現頭上長了鹿角……要大叫嗎？」，接著再延伸各式各樣的小問題，例如：「頭上長著那可笑的東西，你敢上學嗎？」、「還是你會把鹿角藏起來，不讓同學知道？」，並用一問多答的方式，讓這些問題有很多的答案可選擇，家長可試著跟孩子討論看看，如果長了鹿角，該怎麼接受自己呢？
7.故事結尾，再次拉回主題。(引導孩子思考不同的可能性)
幽默風趣的圖文搭配，讓故事生動活潑的進行，但作者不忘要探討「不一樣，該怎麼辦？」。所以在故事結尾處，再次提出他最想探討的問題，讓孩子從故事中好好思考。

作者：
漢克•林斯肯斯（Henk linskens）
1. 出生於西元1977年，比利時長大。
2. 漢克喜歡視覺藝術，畢業後在印刷業工作。而他的作品和插圖都是有趣、輕鬆的，非常適合教學和兒童閱讀。
3. 漢克從小就有閱讀障礙的問題，因此創作了《我看到的字怎麼都在跳舞？》這本繪本，希望帶領相關的孩子一起勇敢面對這個症狀。
G.V.傑納頓
1. 1957年出生於比利時，在莫爾市的藝術學院學習過繪畫、繪圖和攝影技巧，也在印刷業待過多年，現在全心全力投入童書。
2. 身兼兩職，是超暢銷童書作家與畫家，作品已銷售世界各地，並獲得多個獎項，現在更是比利時國寶級圖畫書畫家。
*1998年，創造岀《Rikki》一書，獲得「國際插畫家獎」，為人生開啟對童書的熱忱。
*2007年，更創造岀《Little Kangaroo》，獲選為年度最佳圖畫書，達到人生另一高峰。
*2008年，Clavis出版社更為了Guido van Genechten舉辦慶祝會，慶祝「Rikki」已出版10周年。
*2010年，兒童圖書館員們將《The Wobbyy Bottoms Boogie》選為荷蘭的年度圖畫書。
*暢銷書籍：《Rikki》、《Little Kangaroo》、《Omdat ik zoveel van je hou》、《Het grote billen-boek》、《Klein wit visje》。

1.台灣大學外國語文學系研究所碩士班畢業，現為國中英語老師。
